A law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its team in Timonium, MD. This role is ideal for recent law school graduates or junior associates with up to three years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Duties

• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and related litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various commercial litigation matters.
• Participate in case strategy and preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice (or pending admission) in Maryland.
• 0-3 years of commercial litigation experience, including law school clinics, clerkships, or firm experience.
• FINRA experience or a strong interest is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Admission to the Maryland Bar (or pending).
