Duties

• Manage a docket of complex insurance coverage cases from inception to resolution.
• Analyze policy language and draft detailed coverage opinions.
• Craft persuasive motions and pleadings.
• Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and litigation teams.
• Prepare for and attend depositions and court hearings.
• Engage in high-level discussions with clients to develop litigation strategies.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memoranda.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation, preferably in a law firm.
• Proven ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience drafting comprehensive coverage opinions and handling complex coverage disputes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
