Private Equity/Alternative Investments Tax Manager
Duties: The candidate will manage, coordinate, and review Federal and Multi-State Partnership tax returns for clients. Identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities/strategies. Prepare and review client tax calculations, review tax returns, and manage client tax relationships. Coach, mentor, and develop teammates. Manage, direct and monitor multiple client engagements as well as serve as a business advisor to the client. Identify and assist with the implementation of tax planning and tax savings strategies. Research and consult on complex tax matters. Manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment.
