Duties

• Manage all aspects of litigation from pleadings to trials.
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of New York Labor Law §§200, 240(1), and 241(6) is a plus.
• Familiarity with insurance coverage law preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
