A law firm seeks a Senior Discovery Attorney to join their Business Litigation team in Dayton, OH. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) to the role.

Duties

• Conduct custodian interviews and data mapping exercises for ESI identification.
• Coordinate preservation and collection efforts with digital forensic vendors and client IT personnel.
• Manage data processing and culling procedures effectively.
• Oversee linear and technology-assisted review (TAR) projects within Relativity.
• Supervise review teams and ensure quality control through production.
• Negotiate and draft ESI protocols and production specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in EDRM phases.
• Admitted, active, and in good standing in Ohio.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Relevant certifications in e-discovery or related fields preferred.

Skills

• Strong background in ESI identification and data mapping.
• Proficiency in managing TAR projects within Relativity.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills for ESI protocols.
