Recruiting Coordinator
The candidate will collaborate with the Director of Recruiting and other members of the Recruiting Department in all phases of legal recruiting. Work closely with and provide support to the Human Resources Manager to execute the Firm’s recruiting strategies in the Atlanta office. Build and maintain positive relationships with legal search firms and key contacts at law schools. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, ensuring consistency of Firm recruiting policies and procedures. Coordinate all aspects of the Summer Associate Program in the Atlanta office, including summer associate onboarding, monitoring the work assignment system, creating mentor assignments, planning and attending social events, and coordinating mid- and end-of-summer review process. Coordinate and plan law school recruiting and outreach events; correspond with student affinity groups and process related sponsorship requests. Coordinate hiring committee meetings and prepare supporting materials. Track search firm agreements to ensure all active searches have fully executed search firm agreements in place. Enter and maintain candidate information in legal recruiting software (viRecruit or other comparable software). Process all expenses related to recruiting efforts and the summer program. Provide support for local inclusion & diversity efforts and attorney professional development. Participate in Recruiting Department meetings and assist the Human Resources Manager and/or Firmwide Recruiting Team with additional projects or tasks as needed.
