• Draft and refine motions, oppositions, memoranda, and appellate briefs.
• Analyze case law, deposition transcripts, and expert reports.
• Prepare written materials for mediation, arbitration, and trial support.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure consistent tone, quality, and strategy across all filings.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor and license to practice law in New Jersey (PA license a plus).
• Experience with PA pleadings, filings, and procedures preferred.
• Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient under deadlines.
