Duties

• Provide legal strategy and advice for high-profile cases.
• Mentor junior attorneys and supervise legal staff.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other critical legal documents.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, hearings, and arbitration.
• Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional client service.
• Work closely with firm leadership to develop business strategies.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth through client development and networking.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in litigation, particularly in commercial, employment, healthcare, and pre-suit disputes.
• Admission to practice law in Texas (in good standing).
• Strong academic credentials from a top law school.
• Extensive experience handling high-stakes litigation and leading case teams.
• Proven track record in managing complex cases and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle cases with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior attorneys.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Texas Bar Admission (in good standing).
