Duties

Requirements

• One to four years of commercial bankruptcy experience.

• Texas bar license preferred; required within one year of joining.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible to obtain within one year.
