International Tax Senior Associate
Responsibilities: Supervise global tax consulting and planning projects. Identify tax savings and business optimization opportunities. Research and write tax technical positions. Employ tax service models and process tools to enhance quality and efficiency. Manage US international tax compliance engagements. Assess filing obligations associated with a client’s business structure. Direct and review staff’s international tax calculations (subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits, etc.) and tax forms. Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to management. Interface with client and business tax team on information requests, project status, etc. Develop trusted advisor relationship with management. Understand client’s business. Maintain positive working relationship between international tax and business tax. Train and develop international tax associates. Assist with recruiting and developing talent. Engage in networking and other business development activities.
