A law firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills. They must be a member (in Good Standing) of the Bar with 1-3 years of meaningful experience in real estate with real estate, partnerships, corporations, tax, or regulatory matters.

 

Job Overview:

  • Provide legal support and counsel on a variety of real estate transactions and matters.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex real estate projects.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate law and regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties involved in real estate transactions.

 

Duties:

  • Assist in negotiating and drafting real estate agreements and contracts.
  • Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and other due diligence documents.
  • Provide legal advice and recommendations on property acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
  • Handle real estate closings and oversee the completion of transactional documents.
  • Assist with real estate litigation matters, including disputes and claims resolution.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar in Good Standing.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate law.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions and legal principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar in Good Standing.

 

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
