Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of litigation experience at a comparable law firm.
• Significant experience with securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, and related matters.
• Strong background in federal and state securities laws and corporate governance.
• Federal court litigation experience required.
• Experience managing projects and supervising junior team members.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California Bar.
