Candidates with substantial experience in HSR filings and familiarity with global merger control processes are preferred. Relevant government experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients.

• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Develop case strategy.

Requirements

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
