Duties

• Investigate case facts and develop damages evidence.
• Negotiate case settlements, including lien resolution.
• Maintain communication with clients, opposing attorneys, court personnel, and insurance representatives.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve firm goals.
• Supervise support staff.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio.
• 2-5 years of plaintiff or defense personal injury practice.
• Insurance defense or prior claims handling experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Litify case management software preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Superior negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
