The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in trial preparation, dispute resolution, and effective legal strategies.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters from start to finish.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on case law and procedural rules.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediation.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to meet client needs.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on litigation matters.
• Maintain an organized case file system and meet all deadlines.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, case law, and legal principles.
• Proven trial experience and the ability to handle complex cases.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases with exceptional organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and making sound legal judgments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana.
