Job Overview: A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate law. Membership to the CA State Bar is required.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and support on a variety of corporate transactions, including private offerings, venture capital, and public offerings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
• Assist in due diligence investigations and transactional closings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to provide strategic advice to clients.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Corporate Law experience in a major law firm.
• Membership to the CA State Bar.
• Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership to the CA State Bar.
