Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients at Master Hearings and Individual Hearings before the Immigration Court

• Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications with USCIS

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other filings

• Maintain communication with clients throughout the legal process

• Manage case files and ensure timely submission of documentation

• Attend client interviews and support legal strategy for various immigration matters

Requirements:

• Ability to appear independently in immigration court proceedings

• Strong case management and client service orientation

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a legal team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar preferred

• Admission to another U.S. state bar may be considered

Skills:

• Knowledge of immigration law and procedures
