Responsibilities: Examining title reports to identify the foreclosing lender’s lien priority, determining property ownership, and identifying defects in the chain of title; Updating client websites and generating documents from the firm’s database; Communicating with clients, courts, insurance companies and outside law firms; Reviewing outstanding taxes, HOA/COA dues and utilities; Other duties as assigned.
