Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases

• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions

• Represent clients in court proceedings

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases

• Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of issues

• Stay current on developments in relevant areas of law

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of litigation experience

• Superior writing and organizational skills

• Admission to practice law in New Jersey and/or New York

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the state bar (New Jersey and/or New York)

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

• Knowledge of one or more of the following practice areas is a plus:
