Duties

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, deeds, and powers of attorney.
• Assist with probate and trust administration matters.
• Prepare Form 706 estate tax returns.
• Advise high-net-worth individuals on complex estate tax planning needs.
• Engage in international estate planning, if applicable.

Requirements

• 5+ years of estate planning experience.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred.
• Fluency in a foreign language, such as Spanish or Vietnamese, is a plus.
• California or Arizona license required, depending on location.
• Tax background (e.g., tax LL.M, CPA) preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California or Arizona.
