Duties

• Review estate planning documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs and provide guidance.
• Design comprehensive estate plans tailored to client goals and circumstances.

Requirements

• A JD degree and an active bar license in Pennsylvania.
• A genuine interest in estate planning.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture and identify issues.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the role.
• Adaptability to firm systems and workflows.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar license in Pennsylvania.

Skills

• Familiarity with Monday.com, Excel, and/or Lawmatics is a plus.
• Experience using WealthCounsel for estate planning documents is beneficial.
