Job Overview:

The Finance Banking Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and support in various finance and banking matters.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on finance and banking laws and regulations.
• Draft and review finance-related documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and financing statements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of finance transactions on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on compliance with banking and finance laws and regulations.
• Assist in due diligence reviews for finance transactions.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to become admitted.
• Strong understanding of finance and banking principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Certifications:
