Real Estate/Finance Associate
The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in the real estate or finance group of a law firm and significant experience in financing transactions (including C&I, real estate, acquisition finance, construction finance, ABL, and/or cash flow), with fluency in real estate (including title and survey). Familiarity with syndicated finance, cannabis, healthcare, REITs, and/or PACE loans is a plus. Must be proactive with the ability to critically analyze and thoughtfully problem solve, manage multiple files and competing deadlines, and effectively communicate with internal and external clients and counsels. Strong organization skills and commitment to teamwork and client service are required.
