Requirements

• 2-3 years of litigation experience required; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Experience in personal injury or matters involving medical records and damages analysis is valued.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently while being open to feedback and supervision.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in Alabama.
