Duties

• Negotiate and draft commercial leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate documents.
• Assist clients in acquisitions, development, financing, and disposition of multifamily, retail, office, and industrial properties.
• Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active NJ state bar membership.
• 7-15 years of experience as a dedicated commercial real estate attorney.
• Deep understanding of transactional law.
• Strong understanding of landlord/tenant law and real estate litigation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
