Duties

• Provide sophisticated privacy counseling to clients in various industries.
• Draft privacy and data governance agreements and policies.
• Negotiate data processing addenda and complex technology transactions.
• Conduct privacy due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Engage in privacy or AI regulatory inquiries or investigations.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of federal and state privacy and AI laws and regulations.
• Experience with FTC Act, COPPA, GLBA, FERPA, CCPA, WMHMDA, BIPA, and emerging AI regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
