Duties

• Advise clients on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and joint ventures.
• Engage in capital markets and private securities transactions.

• Draft and analyze legal documents with attention to detail.
• Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in good standing in the State of Georgia.
• Two to four years of sophisticated corporate and transactional law firm experience.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, financing, securities, and/or general corporate matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in good standing in the State of Georgia.
