Duties

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience, with success in contract disputes and business torts.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong advocacy skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proven experience managing cases from inception to resolution.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
