A law firm seeks an experienced Trial Attorney to join its Plaintiff's Personal Injury practice in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have over five years of high-volume litigation experience and trial expertise.

Duties

• Manage a demanding caseload with a focus on personal injury litigation.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests effectively.
• Take and defend depositions with precision.
• Engage in motions practice and negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Lead a team of paralegals and support staff efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience.
• Proficiency in Texas Procedure.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent case management and leadership skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
