Duties

• Handle a diverse caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and client consultations.
• Review and analyze medical records to support case development.
• Draft clear and concise legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Manage work independently in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Attorney.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience reviewing medical records and drafting legal documents is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD).

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar Membership in good standing.

Skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Prior experience in remote or virtual legal settings preferred.
• Strong comfort level with legal technology and virtual court processes.
