Duties

• Draft and negotiate leases, subleases, amendments, and related documents.
• Represent landlords and tenants in lease transactions.
• Manage lease enforcement and ancillary real estate transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client and team relationships.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the resident-office jurisdiction.
• At least five years of experience in retail leasing transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
