Will manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users. Compiles complex data reports, summaries, and logs for executive leadership and HR. Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports. Ensures system compliance with data security, privacy, and legal requirements. Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology. Develops user procedures, guidelines, and documentation and trains end users. Assist in testing and implementation of upgrades and changes to systems. Manages vendor data transfer files for firm benefit plans.
