Job Overview:
The Litigation Associate Attorney will assist in all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting legal documents, court appearances, and client communication.
Duties:
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Assist in trial preparation, including witness preparation and evidence gathering.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.

- Juris Doctorate or better from an accredited law school.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
