Duties:

• Handle intellectual property litigation cases, primarily in federal court.
• Prepare legal pleadings and motions.

• Represent clients in hearings and litigation-related proceedings.
• Collaborate with an established team of trademark litigation professionals.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, specifically in anticounterfeiting.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Member in good standing of the bar of the highest court of any state in the U.S. or the District of Columbia.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar admission in any state or the District of Columbia.

• Proficiency in intellectual property law, particularly trademark litigation.
