Duties

• Participate in client negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Contribute to firm knowledge bases by summarizing legal developments.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience required.
• Experience with commercial lending, litigation, and transactional matters.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey.
• Experience in real estate and commercial loan transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar is required.

Skills

• Proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms.
