Works under direct supervision from Service Ops Manager
Essential Duties:
•Mastered skills required Service Desk Operations Level I
•Maintain plans and procedures for secure on boarding and termination of employees of the Firm. Conduct yearly audits of process and accounts to ensure timely disable/delete has occurred and equipment is on and off boarded based on SCCM reporting.
•Assist in the maintenance of the Firm’s SCCM environment, including hardening and maintenance of PC images, account security, clean group policy application, and terminated account follow up.
•Monitor and audit administrative accounts for all Infrastructure systems and services.
•Assist in management and deployment of end user and server patches and updates, including research of operational effects of the same prior to deployment
•Assist with data center operations, procedures, and control mechanisms, documenting key controls such as physical and remote access.
•Maintain and publish hardware, software and OS standards and set forth by the Director
•Perform system maintenance; ensure minimal impact to internal and external customers while documenting routine and frequency.
•Serve as a resource for Tier III-level Service Desk Support issues to assist in timely resolution on all desktop/laptop hardware and application issues as appropriate
•Assist with the documentation of all system processes and procedures to ensure standardization, and best security practices.
•Develop, in coordination with the Director Team, Access Security Controls for all servers and applications from an administrative/management/development role and capacity.
Minimum Requirements:
•2 years in an employee service technology position; including 1 years of hands-on PC hardware, operating system, and software support
•Two-year college degree related to information systems or equivalent combination of experience and education
•Certification in CompTia (A , Network , etc) or Microsoft Cert preferred
•Significant experience documenting environments, process, standards
•Significant experience driving to root cause
•Demonstrated knowledge of network security technology
•Knowledge of IT operations and basic security methodologies
•Legal industry technical experience a plus
•Ability to perform within a team, manage expectations, and communicate openly
•Must be able to perform all essential duties
