A law firm seeks a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with private equity experience to join their Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies in complex transactions, including equity investments and investment management.

Duties

• Advise private equity firms and portfolio companies on complex transactions.
• Draft and negotiate limited liability company, limited partnership, and shareholder agreements.
• Manage day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients.
• Handle management equity arrangements, including incentive equity terms.

Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school with top academic credentials.
• At least five years of experience in private equity transactions.
• Texas bar admission or eligibility for admission.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Texas bar admission or ability to become admitted.
