Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand and protect their innovations.
• Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.
• Draft and review technical documents and patent applications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• Admission to the USPTO.
• Experience in machine learning, telecommunications, autonomous driving, RF circuitry, or hardware security preferred.

Education

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.

Certifications

• USPTO admission required.
