Job Overview: A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in civil litigation and corporate matters. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of procedural rules, adeptness in drafting pleadings, motions, and sophisticated communications, and must be admitted to practice in Maryland. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to civil litigation and corporate matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of legal activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
• Admission to the Maryland Bar.
• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation and corporate matters.
• Proficiency in understanding procedural rules and legal principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• High level of motivation and initiative.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Maryland Bar.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
