A prestigious and nationally recognized personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its high-performing legal team in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, in-house position for an attorney with 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Location:

Duties:

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury cases, from intake to resolution.

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery materials.

• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, depositions, and trials.

• Develop and implement tailored litigation strategies for each case.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff.

• Negotiate settlements and work to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Texas, in good standing with the Texas State Bar.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.

• Strong trial and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Passion for advocacy and delivering exceptional client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Texas State Bar License (Required)

Skills:
