Duties

• Manage affordable housing transactions, including finance, development, and incentives.
• Handle Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) closings, refinancing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and conduct due diligence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of law firm experience in affordable housing transactions.
• Experience with LIHTC and other housing transactions.
• Strong academic record with a J.D. from an accredited law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
