• Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain meticulous case files and utilize legal case management systems.
• Stay current on relevant laws and regulations across various practice areas.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in Georgia.
• Experience in insurance defense or related litigation fields.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to analyze complex legal issues.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in legal administrative tasks.
