Duties

• Manage trademark portfolios.
• Provide strategic legal advice on trademark selection, use, and registration.
• Oversee trademark enforcement, including cease and desist letters and domain name disputes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international trademark regulations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to offer integrated legal solutions and mentor junior attorneys.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the state bar.
• 10+ years of experience specializing in trademark law.
• Deep understanding of U.S. and international trademark laws and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preference for candidates with some portable business.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
