The candidate's responsibilities will include working with partners on complex finance transactions, drafting and negotiating loan documents and other transaction documents and due diligence reviews. Should have J.D. Should have 3+ years of experience. Should have commercial finance experience with a solid understanding of working capital loans, acquisition financings, and international credit facilities. Experience with more complex transactional experience with an understanding of syndicated and club credits with multiple tranches of debt and equity is a plus. Must be a high performer who can demonstrate superior written and oral communication skills. Should have excellent academic credentials. Must possess good interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients. Should be diligent and detail-oriented; and demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively.
