A law firm seeks a motivated family law attorney in Columbia, MD. This hybrid position offers flexibility with offices in Montgomery and Howard Counties. The role can be structured as an Associate, Senior Associate, or Senior Attorney based on experience and skill level. Duties

• Handle hearings, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Collaborate with partners and team members on complex litigation.
• Contribute to firm growth and culture.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing in Maryland.
• Minimum of 3 years of family law litigation experience required.
• Experience in Montgomery and/or Howard Counties preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently.
• Admission to the District of Columbia Bar is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Maryland.
