Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced real estate attorney to join its busy Real Estate Practice Group in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate contracts.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts and agreements.
• Handle easements, development agreements, and land use-related agreements.
• Manage a high volume of work and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Engage in client interaction and assume responsibility within the practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills.
• Detail-oriented and conscientious approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Membership in the Florida Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
