The candidate will act as a legal advisor to the company, in line with applicable laws and regulations, in order to secure company objectives and assets and minimize potential liabilities in relation to the conduct of the business. Responsibilities include providing support for clients in strategic transactions, such as drafting, negotiating, reviewing and analyzing complex, large dollar, multinational legal transactions, and documentation to appropriately balance business objectives and mitigate risks. Types of agreements include development, licensing, supply, distribution, purchasing, leasing and confidentiality agreements. Merger and acquisition activity as needed. A JD Degree is required. Should have 2-5 years of experience. Big firm or company experience is preferred. Industry-related and intellectual property experience is positive. Should have strong academic and employment credentials and have worked with a wide variety of transactional matters.
