A law firm in Dallas, seeks an experienced Corporate M&A Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions matters. They should be motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing projects from inception to completion. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties:
• Handle corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and loan transactional matters.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on corporate issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other legal proceedings.
• Manage and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:
• 3 years of experience practicing law, focusing on corporate M&A matters.
• Admission to practice law in Bar, or eligibility to become admitted.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Certifications:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar, or eligibility to become admitted.
• Additional certifications or advanced degrees in corporate law or related fields are a plus.
