A private equity group experiencing explosive growth is looking for a transaction oriented Controller to assist in the management of their investments. Responsibilities will include: periodic evaluation of the portfolio companies value; investment team support with respect to financial due diligence, accounting treatment of proposed structures, and selected financial reporting.
Requirements:
Strong preference for a CPA with public/private experience with demonstrated technical accounting skills. Previous experience within the private equity industry and/or with investment valuation a plus.
