Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research related to estate planning, probate, and trust administration.

• Draft legal documents including advance directives, probate pleadings, wills, and trusts.

• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients while maintaining strong professional relationships.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, offering legal insight and support.

• Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures and firm policies.

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and document drafting.

Education:
